  • America 250 Celebration Coordinator
    Schedule and plan events/vendors for America 250 party on Friday, June 19, 12:00-12:30pm (100%)
  • America 250 Celebration Committee Member
    Qty 4 - Assist coordinator in planning/preparing for America 250 party. (25%)
  • Check-in Coordinator (Position Filled)Prep all of the t-shirts, lanyards and name tags before camp and have in alphabetical order. (25%)
  • Donations Coordinator (Position Filled)
    Collect in kind donations for snacks, supplies or any monetary donations to put toward camp. (25%)
  • Facilities Coordinator
    Manage teen daily set up/take down, supplies, platforms and clean-up crew (100%)
  • Facilities Committee Member
    Qty 4 - Help with platforms and move supplies the Saturday before camp and Friday immediately following camp. (25%)
  • Facilities Cleanup Crew Daily
    Qty 2 - Canvas camp areas for daily trash collection and tidy classrooms/bathrooms. (25%)
  • Games Coordinator (Position Filled)
    Run game station each day (100%)
  • Hospitality Coordinator
    Prepare Hospitality Committee team members to help presenters each day. Prepare thank you gifts for presenters prior to camp. Be ready to fill in where needed and available to solve problems that may arise. Pass off Teen Patriot Challenge requirements. (100%)
  • Nurse/Information/Store Coordinators (Positions Filled)
    Qty 2 - Each day. 3.5 hours Take care of any children who may have small injuries or other concerns. Have camper and station information if parents are looking for their children. Be the location for the lost and found.   Does not need to be a professional nurse, just someone who is kind and experienced placing band-aids on small injuries. (100%)
  • Opening Ceremonies Coordinator
    Arrange flag ceremonies, prayer and National Anthem singers (50%)
  • Patriot Challenge Coordinator (Position Filled)
    Pass off memorizations after camp each day. Track campers' progress. Obtain and prepare awards.  (100%)
  • Patriot Challenge Commitee member
    Qty 4 - Pass off memorizations after camp each day. (25%)
  • Photographer
    Take pictures and/or video for at least 30 minutes each day and different times of day during camp. Capture pictures at each station daily and some opening and closing ceremonies as well as fun things happening in between. (50%)
  • Snack Station Coordinator (Position Filled)
    Be at camp every day to prepare and distribute snacks. Additional volunteers will be there to assist. (100%)
  • Snack Station Decor Chair
    Plan and set up decor for snack station each day. (50%)
  • Special Events Coordinator
    Plan and execute spy activity and Battle of Bunker Hill water fight (50%)
  • Special Events Committee Member
    Qty 5 - Assist Special Events Coordinator (25%)
  • Teen Leader Coordinator (Position Filled)
    Prior and during camp, train Teen Leaders and Junior Leaders and help them prepare for their daily group responsibilities (100%)
  • Teen Leader Assistant Coordinator
    Assist Teen Leader Coordinator (100%)
  • Teen Leader Committee Member
    Qty 2 - Assist Teen Leader Coordinators as needed (50%)
  • Videographer
    Record the program on Friday and create a simple video to send to campers and parents. (50%)

  • Be Paul Revere or Sybil Ludington and ride your horse into camp warning about the British coming. (At the beginning of camp on June 15)
  • Hang simple decor in classrooms on Saturday or Monday.
  • Cover the skeleton on the ship on June 15
  • Help with snack one day
  • Assist with the game one day
  • Help with a game at the America 250 party Friday 12-12:30ish
  • Help set up for party
  • Arrange for a donation from your employer
  • Sing the National Anthem during an opening ceremony
  • Play colonial music on a cello or violin during the tea party at snack for an hour on June 15
  • Set up Independence Hall before camp on Thursday, June 18. (Tablecloths, quills, Washington's chair, ,etc)
  • Pass out programs on June 19 from 11-11:15
  • Drummer during opening ceremony on June 17.
